Anyone who has been in contact with a person or persons suspected of having COVID-19 within the past two weeks is required to avoid our office .
Any person who is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms is required to avoid our office.
As patients arrive for appointments, we ask that they call us from the parking lot. This allows us to have patients enter our office while maintaining proper distancing from other patients.
Properly worn face masks are required in the building at all times except for patients seated in a treatment room.
Upon entering our office, everyone is asked to use hand sanitizer then to complete a short questionnaire. A staff member will then measure and record temperature and oxygen level.
Appointments are being managed to reduce or eliminate time spent in our reception room.
Only the patient should be in the office. Children and patients with special needs may be accompanied by one parent or caregiver, who will also be screened.
